Right now during lockdown you might be feeling really alone. You may be physically alone or you may be in a crazy lively house full of people but still feel alone. The internet is wonderful. We can connect with people all over the world, but despite this we can still feel alone.

We have the chance and opportunity to encourage and stand together (even apart)! This is how we flip the script on fear. This is how we fight covid 19. Who can you encourage today?

One of the reasons I wanted to make this programme is so you know you are not alone. So everyday you can tune in for encouragement and I will be here cheering you on. I choose to be your virtual cheerleader. Your buildie-upie-builder. Your friend.
